Absolutely terrible customer service. Cancelled on me so many times, cancelled on my birthday, terrible communication. Great with hair but beware

Received a silk press from Yae & it came out great! I booked over a weekend on a nice sunny day which is expected to be busy. It’s rare that you see ‘old school’ salons, everyone has suites! She was fast with the service, she knew what she was doing. She also gave motivating advice—I will be returning!

Yae went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, and safe in her space, she played peaceful lofi music which I loved & the environment was just , phenomenal. Her workplace is very clean + welcoming , which plays a big role in my desire to return & also refer others to her!!!!!! While also providing the absolute best service, from washing & steaming my hair with moisturizing oils to straitening it and trimming. Yae exceeded my expectations with her incredible service in the Charlotte area! I was in urgent need of a hairstyle, and her walk-in service was not only convenient but also seamless.
